Red Panda offer up the V2 upgrade of their incurably adventurous Particle granular delay and pitchshifter. Mercilessly chop your riffs up into little bits and then mess with the order and pitch to make something impossible. Compare it to its incredibly popular predecessor, and you'll notice a few thoughtful improvements. Up to four presets can be polished up and saved and, via the USB MINI port, you're given access to a further 127 presets. Any active settings are also automatically saved to be immediately loaded the next time you activate the pedal.
The Particle V2: Glitch and Stutter in the Best Sound Quality Ever and Now in Stereo
Since the demand for stereo ins and outs for this pedal was so high, Red Panda have fitted this stompbox with a set of two TRS jack ports and a Control socket is also provided to connect an expression pedal or external footswitch as required (neither are included). A tap tempo footswitch is mounted to the face of the V2 and doubles as a Freeze switch so that synth-like never-ending notes or chords can be created. The maximum delay time has also been doubled to 2500ms; each of the eight already-familiar modes can be combined and taken as far as you want, and since the sample rate has been raised as well, you can stutter and glitch in the highest quality ever.

Hele grave granulaire delay! En helemaal stereo = leuk voor de toetsenisten en overijverige gitaristen onder ons.
Een pedaal dat mij wat minder kon bekoren, wellicht interessant voor experimentele muziek, maar ik vind de verschillende modi nogal tegenvallen. Het bied dan wel veel mogelijkheden waar je uit kunt kiezen, dus dat gaf mij hoge verwachtingen, maar ik vond alleen de 'rnd' modi echt bruikbaar en dan vind ik voor 1 modi het pedaal dan weer te prijzig. Laat je op basis van mijn review niet ontmoedigen, maar probeer het vooral eerst in de winkel uit voor je weet of het wat voor je is.

Super pédale de sampler granulaire, avec moins de fonctions annexes qu'un microcosm de hologram Electronics, mais tout ce qu'il faut est là ! Certains modes sont peut être un peu extrême pour un usage passe partout, mais on peut vraiment aller loin dans les réglages, d'un délai normal et joli et une grosse masse de son abstraite. Grosses possibilités de réglages avec l'éditeur web gratuit qui fonctionne très bien, le pilotage de tous les paramètres en midi est un gros plus ! Je l'utilise avec de la guitare et des claviers, ça marche avec tout. Mention spéciale quand on met un petit délai discret après, c'est tout de suite mixé !
